We charge £149 for our curated holiday search. This covers the time our team spends negotiating rates, coordinating with the hotel, and crafting your personalised itinerary. Optional add-ons include a flight search (£49) and a curated itinerary of activities, restaurants, and brunch spots (£49). Fees are only charged once you’re completely satisfied with your quote.

Every hotel in our collection has been independently explored and vetted by our team. We visit properties ourselves, experience the service first-hand, and only partner with hotels that meet our standards. These aren’t algorithmic recommendations — they’re places we genuinely believe in.

Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and are detailed in your personalised quote. Please note that our concierge fees (holiday search, flight search, and itinerary) are non-refundable as they cover the work our team has already completed on your behalf. We always recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Our team typically responds within 24 hours of receiving your request. For complex multi-destination trips, it may take a little longer as we want to ensure every detail is perfect. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

We often secure better deals, room upgrades, and special touches that aren’t available through standard booking channels.
